EasyEdmin parent/student app (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a white labeled EasyEdmin ERP mobile application developed to facilitate communication between the institution, students, parents, and staff. 

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our mobile application. 

 

Information We Collect

A. Personal Information

To provide secure access to the app, we collect: 

  • Registered Mobile Number 

B. Authentication Data

  • Mobile number used for login 
  • OTP (One-Time Password) verification data 

Mobile number–based login is used solely for secure authentication and access control. 

C. Device Information

To enable push notifications and improve service reliability, we collect: 

  • Device ID  
  • Operating system  
  • App version 

The Device ID is used specifically for delivering push notifications securely to the correct device. 

 

How We Use Information

We use collected information to: 

  • Authenticate users securely 
  • Provide access to institutional information 
  • Deliver push notifications 
  • Send academic updates, circulars, and announcements 
  • Improve app performance and user experience 
  • Provide technical support

Push Notifications

The app uses Device ID to send push notifications related to:

  • Attendance updates 
  • Examination schedules 
  • Fee reminders 
  • Institutional communication 

Users can disable notifications through device settings at any time.

We do not sell, trade, or rent user data.

Users may request deletion of their account, subject to institutional approval.

This app is intended for use by students, parents, and staff of the institute. 

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without institutional authorization or parental consent, where applicable.
